HOW TO USE

1. Apply to dry hair.
2. Load up the small end of the brush with powder.
3. Use the free hand to pull hair flat and taut against the head, and press the brush down firmly into the roots, starting from the scalp and working out.
4. Do not use a sweeping motion.
5. Apply more powder as needed.
6. To extend highlights, use the side edge of a small brush. Lightly dust off any excess powder with the wide end of the brush.
