At Organizingway, we offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
✅ Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:

Your item must be in its original condition — unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.

🚚 Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away. We’ll assess the issue and make it right.
❌ Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Want to exchange an item?
The quickest way is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is accepted.
🇪🇺 EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason.
Items must be returned in original, unused condition with tags and packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email regarding your refund status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note:
Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.
